Autoloading System
The Autoloading System will turn your machining center in to a production center by allowing the machine to run multiple parts without the need for operator intervention.

The Autoloading System interfaces with your machine control.
One side a gripper the other side a regular 40 taper toolholder. The gripper will be placed and picked by the machines tool changer like every other tool. The accuracy is very high since every movement is handled by the machine it self.
The gripper is placing the part in to your work holding device, again using the machine accuracy.
After machining, the finished parts are checked with a touch probe. If minor adjustments are needed, the probe will change the tool offsets ready for the next part and on the other hand if there is a discrepancy in the tolerance the machine will stop and alarm. The probe also allows recording the results for your information or SPC purposes.
